The purchase of goods is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on this site under Irish law. To purchase, you must register, and provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and postal address. This site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card, whose applications are acceptable to Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World and who have authorized Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World to process a charge or charges in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.
We deliver to most countries in the world. If for any reason you can't find your country in the checkout menu, just e-mail us.
To order with us, you must register. You will automatically be asked for your details when you first purchase on tea-coffee.ie. When you come back on your next visit, you will be able to sign in.
There is no minimum order to purchase at tea-coffee.ie
Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge we received your order.
Note that an order does not constitute a contract between Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World and yourself. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World.
Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World will accept and process your order if a successful payment has been made, at which point you are entering into a contract with Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner Realex and receipt by Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World of a payment notification. We may refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.
Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund, an exchange or a voucher. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order. For indication, we would aim to come back to you within 2 days.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

As you will understand, we accept no responsibility for delays in the postal system.
Payment can be made by major cards. Card payments will be processed at the time of ordering, by our secure payment partner Realex.
Customers are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their bank. If the bank issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We aim to process an order within two days of receipt.
Note that your order will only be processed if your payment is successful. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner Realex and receipt by Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World a payment notification by Realex.
We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by providing us with a notice of cancellation by e-mail, at info@tea-coffee.ie, at anytime up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. We will by return issue you with a Cancellation Authorisation.
if your order was not yet despatched at the time of the Cancellation Authorisation, we will simply credit your card within a week. The refund value will be the value of the cancelled items plus the delivery cost if you cancel all items. If you cancel only some items, we will not refund the delivery cost.
Alternatively you can exchange for other goods or choose to receive a Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World voucher for the value of the cancelled items plus the delivery costs if you cancelled all items, or the value of the cancelled items excluding delivery costs if you cancel only some of the items of the order. We can discuss these options with you once you get in touch.
If your order was already despatched at the time of the Cancellation Authorisation, you will need to return the goods. See below.

You have the choice between a refund, an exchange, or a Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World voucher.
We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or sign of usage.
The return postal cost will be at your charge. Refund of postal cost for exceptional circumstances remain at our discretion.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation.
Once you have a Cancellation Authorisation, please return items to us: Gurman’s Tea and Coffee World, 4 Ormonde Street, Kilkenny
Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass. We also strongly recommend using an insured and traceable method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
