TERMS OF PAYMENT

All sales are subject to pre-payment unless stated differently.

Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this will delay the dispatch further.

DELIVERY

Free delivery is offered to all Ireland and Northern Ireland customers on orders above € 50. We use An Post for deliveries and international rates will apply.

Customers will be informed of any delivery charge before ordering.

All orders made before 3.00 pm are dispatched same working day, orders made after 3.00 pm are sent next working day.

All deliveries to UK take 2-3 working days.

Deliveries to the rest of Europe take 5-15 working days.

Our delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers can not give specific delivery times.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE DELIVER TO

We deliver to most countries in the world. If for any reason you can't find your country in the checkout menu, just e-mail us.

DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE

Both private customers and retail customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 5 days of delivery.

Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Nedas Tea and Coffee LTD as soon as possible within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Notification of non delivery must be made within 15 days of invoice date.

Nedas Tea and Coffee LTD responsible for:

Replace or repair the damaged or defective products at its cost

Deliver the replacement products to the customers at its cost.

We do not accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customers failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of Goods.

AVAILABILITY

All products offered are subject to availability.

RETURNS

In order to receive a full refund - products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.

If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and a compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt of your products

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the Terms & Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms & Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the Terms & Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the Terms & Conditions save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Terms & Conditions.

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
